Vault Compound provides digital asset documentation, verification, and dispute preparation services. Our platform offers structured ownership documentation, timestamped verification records, AI prompt and output logging, legal dispute preparation tools, monitoring and misuse alerts, and professional legal referral access.

Important: Vault Compound is NOT a law firm, NOT a government registry, and does NOT claim government authority. We provide structured verification credibility and documentation infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Verification Certificates

Verification certificates issued by Vault Compound are platform-generated documents that provide structured documentation of asset ownership claims. These certificates do not constitute legal proof of ownership, copyright registration, or government-recognized intellectual property rights. They serve as supporting documentation that may be used in legal proceedings at the discretion of relevant authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vault Compound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee any specific legal outcomes from the use of our documentation or verification services. Our services are designed to support, not replace, professional legal counsel.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the digital assets you upload to our platform. By using our Service, you grant Vault Compound a limited license to store, process, and display your assets solely for the purpose of providing our documentation and verification services. We will never claim ownership of your assets.

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we reserve the right to delete your stored data.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
